Refund Policies

We offer 2 weeks easy returns after delivery.

You can choose one of the following return options:

  1. Exchange your item for a different size only (applicable for only ready-made order).

  2. A full refund to your bank account.

  3. Replacement for a wrong or defective item received (applicable for only if we provide the t-shirt/jersey/polo shirt).


No nonsense return policy.​

  • Defected product must be returned within 2 weeks from the date the item is received.

  • Postage is to be paid by the customer in the event of an exchange or return.

  • To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused/unwashed, must be in the original packaging in your package of the returned item(s) and with tags attached to the shirt.

  • Returns/exchanges may take up to 1-3 business days for DTG or heat transfer, 7-14 business days for embroidery or silkscreen, 3-4 week for sublimation or full customize shirt, excluding shipping times. While stocks last. *Exchange or item that is equivalent or lower in value only.


Important information

We refuse to accept a return or exchange if:

  • Products damaged by misuse, abuse, improper care or negligence, or accidents

  • Products lost or damaged due to unfortunate events

  • Products with a missing label or defected or the item has been washed.

  • Products returned for personal reasons unrelated to product performance or satisfaction


Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are only available for size and/or color of the same style only for ready-made shirt. 


Refund Process

Refunds are typically issued via bank transfer.

Please ensure that the following details are provided to us completely and correctly:

  • Bank Name

  • Account Number

  • Customer's Name


Please note:

  • MITSU reserves the rights to withhold any refunds if your original item have not reached our warehouse.

  • Ensure that refund details given are correct and complete. MITSU will not be responsible if refund failed due to incorrect information given by customer.

  • For all return, exchange or refund requests, please drop us an email at with your order number and request and we will attend to your email within 1 – 2 business days.
